Ready to do more for your people?
Amidst renewed demands for long overdue racial justice, an ongoing pandemic, and a vastly more distributed workforce, we are all being forced to rethink not only how we show up in pursuit of true inclusion, but also how we remain agile and resilient in a radically changing world. The reality is that these crises offer an invaluable opportunity to step beyond the status quo into more purposeful, impactful, and just ways of working together.
Today, many organizations are rightfully examining where they stand in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). At the same time, very few are actually committed to doing the courageous work of empowering truly inclusive cultures. The truth is, after 400 years of trauma, injustice, and conditioning, checking the box with a daylong workshop and an annual engagement survey just isn't going to cut it.
At FeelReal, we know from years of organizing, training, and community building, in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, that change happens through relationships built on trust.
Our unique approach:
- Integrates essential DEI training and education with customized small-group sessions designed to meet people where they're at;
- Leverages our diverse community of skilled facilitators (spaceholders) to provide one-of-a-kind experiences that foster authentic, engaged, and inclusive behavior;
- Establishes ongoing communities of practice that give your people the space they need to build trust, learn from one another, and grow together.
We know this approach won't be for everyone. But our time is calling for courageous acts from courageous leaders. We're not here to convince you why people who feel more valued, included, and respected make "better" employees and we're not here to convince you why attempting to diversify a non-inclusive culture puts people in harm's way. We're here to offer radical new solutions for leaders who are ready to do more than business as usual.
At this time, we are accepting a limited number of non-profit and for-profit clients who are serious about doing the work. Do you want your organization to be the kind of place where everyone is safe and celebrated to show up as their full selves? If so, let's talk.
