Reparations for African Americans will take many forms.  Please come prepared to share what reparations looks like to you.

In this gathering, we are a diverse group of people and I’m asking, if you are a white person, like me, to keep in mind, we may have our ideas of what reparations looks like for African Americans and it is important to share these ideas, and it will be up to the African American community to tell us what is needed to begin to repair and heal the harm. Reparations are meant to allow African Americans to catch up in all areas of their lives, in the present time and for future generations, for what has been denied them through our policies, laws, and institutions.

An invitation to share sacred space with an ethnically diverse gathering of people committed to working collaboratively, building relationships and communities that will inspire action to eradicate the racist social norms in this country.
