Learn how to apply these practical skills by understanding more about how our brains and neurobiology work when we encounter stress. Access the healing power to help align with the natural state of health. Find ways to create calm in connection and care for yourself in the panic zone. Learn how to be on virtual meetings, whether you are a facilitator or learner, in a way that supports your nervous system, body, and breath. And of course, share what you learn with others!
All three courses are on Tuesdays at 9:30 -10:30 am CDT.
