Community Connections with Sierra Frost
April 14, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm CDT
An gathering every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 2, 2020
A time to come together and battle isolation with meaningful connection, witnessing, and being seen. Sierra will help facilitate with any anxiety, depression, relationship challenges happening for you at this time.
Here is a list of things humans need:
Food. Clean air. Clean water. Shelter. Meaningful Connection.
As we are encouraged to use the term “socially-distance” I would like to point out we can physically-distance while we socially-connect.
This is what we need at this time.
While isolation is necessary to stop the spread of virus, isolation is detrimental to our health and we need to be creative to take steps to reduce depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and grief that is heightened for many reasons at this time.
We will use circling principles to create collective communication and maintain a healthy shared space.
Even if you don’t know if you have questions or anything to share, please join us, your presence is wanted.
