Empath Online Popup: A place to connect, share and calm down
March 20, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm CDT

The idea. Right now, more than ever, we need a place to connect with each other, share our feelings and calm down. That’s what this online popup is about.
The intention. On March 19, 20, and 21, we’ll have a chance to process what’s going on in the world right now in a safe and loving space online. The intention is for us to come out feeling calmer and more connected than we did coming in. We’ll also learn tools to help us deal with whatever comes next. The gatherings are facilitated by David Sauvage. David is an empath (he feels what others are feeling), a teacher of emotional intelligence and a facilitator of emotional processes for individuals and groups.
Is this for me? Yes, if you want to connect in an authentic way with people right now. You may be feeling fearful, anxious, disoriented or lonely. You may be freaking the-f-out. You may just be curious to have heartfelt conversations on the Internet.
There are four sessions. Join for one, two, three or all four, as you like. You have to register for each one individually. They are:

About the facilitator. David Sauvage has the ability to feel what is happening within you and give you insight about how to process what you’re going through. Almost everyone who works with him comes away with a deeper connection to their own emotional truth. In addition to working one-on-one, David has turned empathy into performance art, doing intuitive readings in front of audiences. The Guardian featured him as a master of his craft. He helps big companies, most recently Coca-Coca, integrate empathy into their culture and marketing. He lives in New York.
This is the second Online Empath Popup. The first took place in August of last year and offered workshops in self-acceptance, alleviating anxiety and integrating mystical experiences. It showed that technology can be used to foster connection and healing. Previously, David created the Empath Popup, a physical space in New York City that offered empathy and connection to whoever walked in the door.
