It’s a time when many of us are outwardly active in expressing our views to influence the world we live. Equally, an inner world exploration practice is crucial to discovering what drives your expression. Through this self awareness you can clear what doesn’t serve and make space for the energy which you consciously desire to contribute to your personal life and the collective experience.

The experience will include guided meditation and light body movements. Through a perspective of the Koshas (the sheath, layers and container) of our existence, we will explore going inward through the multiple layers of our being – and introduce the uncovering of deep rooted energies that enable our beliefs, thoughts, actions and patterns. Once apparent, then with continued practice, it’s possible to transform, if so desired.
