We will write in response to poems, prayers, music and other prompts. To ground ourselves and create sacred space for the journey of discovery, we’ll start with breathing exercises and/or meditation to release stress and tension.

This workshop is for any self-identified woman of color from any background.

No prior writing experience is required.
