This gathering is for anyone seeking liberation from doubt, fear, anxiety, and depression. Experience calmness, fun, and connection through a healing practice that integrates science and art.
Combing neuroscience, clinical psychology, and holistic medicine with the expanded consciousness of Kundalini yoga, this practice will help alleviate anxiety and depression so you can go into the holiday season feeling grounded and well. Learn new techniques to dissolve feelings of overwhelm, fear, stress, and self-doubt and enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Each session will be different, following an outline of:
Checking-In: To arrive fully present
Tuning In: To prepare mind and body for practice
Practice: 45-55 minutes of physical movement, breathing, deep meditation, and relaxation
Closing: Sharing your experience with the group
