Leading from the soulfulEDGE
October 22, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CDT
Sympónia Institute offers free, bi-weekly conversations exploring a soulful approach to purpose, bridge building, leadership, and systems change & innovation. These conversations are designed for compassion-centered and soul-inspired bridge builders, facilitators, leaders, and change makers who feel called to take the work deeper.
Building off of the Soulful Facilitator Deep Dives launched this summer, this is a next level conversation that brings more communities together to explore what it means to introduce a more spirit-led approach into organizational settings. In these unprecedented times, we are being called to listen, hold space, and think about leadership and systems change differently.
As we talk about a soul-inspired lens, we’re really tapping into the deep intuitive knowing that is within each of us and to hold a space where the collective wisdom can emerge.
soulfulEDGE is a global community of soulful change agents from different disciplines, serving diverse communities, living in different parts of the world who come together to explore ways to bring a more soul-inspired approach to society, organizations, communities, and teams.
Each discussion will focus on a particular theme and allow space for thought-provoking discussions. These discussions are also loosely designed to allow for the collective wisdom to emerge over time. Based on past expereince, the participants often develop deep bonds with each other that allow the conversations to deepen.
The Leading from the soulfulEDGE conversations occur on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at noon ET.
To join the conversation, register by clicking below, and you’ll begin to receive the bi-weekly invites with zoom link. No need to register more than once.
The Zoom link will be emailed to you the night before the event. Please use your most current email address, so we can reach you with the zoom link and if anything changes prior to the event.
