Let’s Vanish the Monster Called Anxiety

Do you feel anxious? You are not alone. Many of us are in quarantine with heightened anxiety due to the current state of COVID, politics and general feelings of disconnection from friends and family.
Be part of this safe space and group experience led by clinical psychotherapist Anna Robinson. We will use yoga and meditation techniques proven to reduce anxiety and depression. Together let’s start to tap into more joy and happiness.
Anna is a Clinical Psychotherapist who specializes, and is highly trained in, anxiety and depression treatment. Anna beautifully weaves both Eastern & Western modalities into her sessions.
