FREE On-Line Mindfulness Group
Each meeting will include a:
Welcome ~ A 15 minute Guided Imagery Meditation
Talking circle for those who want to share their experience.
Let’s join together ONLINE to spend some mindful, peaceful time together as we each learn to quiet our body, mind and spirit.
Learn mindful practices such as breathing, and various types of meditation including mantra, gazing, walking, eating, labeling and more.
Each week (for 6 weeks) we’ll do a different mindful-based guided imagery meditation.
Please find a quiet space where you can relax and won’t be disturbed for the hour.
