This is an invitation to come as you are. It’s my role to meet you where you are. We’ll use somatic experience and breath to get into our bodies. It’s through presence we will let go of regrets of the past and fear of the future – if only for a short time. Come dwell with us in what it means to be human and be held by the collective.
