Spread Your Wings & Fly
February 3 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm CST
Some of you know or may not know, I am a clinical psychotherapist and a Kundalini yoga healer. Through my own experience and working with clients as a psychotherapist I witnessed temporary relief not healing.
There is a cut on your hand, and a doctor stitches the wound. It appears to be healed and yet once the stitches are removed, the scar remains.
I was curious how to heal the wound and the scars.
My curiosity and passion led me to Dr. Gabor Mate, Compassionate Inquiry and Kundalini Yoga that’s where my light bulb hit!
I created a safe, gentle modality where I combine Compassionate Inquiry, my own experiences, interpersonal therapy and Kundalini yoga to transform mental, emotional, and physical health.
I have experienced healing, deep profound healing. I noticed a shift within my clients, healing was happening for them, too. What happened is more than hope, it is a possibility for all of us to heal trauma, anxiety and depression. I invite you to help me break the shame around trauma. Experience for yourself what is possible for you.
Each session will be different, following an outline of:
Checking-In: To arrive fully present
Tuning In: To prepare mind and body for practice
Practice: 45-55 minutes of physical movement, breathing, deep meditation, and relaxation
Closing: Sharing your experience with the group
