As a leader committed to the critical work of diversity, equity, and inclusion, have you found the sudden pandemic-driven shift is making your efforts even more difficult and complex?
In the midst of COVID-19, social distancing, and a vastly more distributed workforce, a powerful teacher has arrived to force us to rethink not only how we show up in pursuit of true inclusion, but also how we remain agile and resilient in a radically changing world. Crisis offers an opportunity to step beyond the status quo into something even more purposeful and impactful.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind session, facilitated by inclusion, belonging, and purpose expert Rachel Kjack, to answer your questions:
- How can I keep my DEI goals on track during and after COVID-19?
- How can I show up and lead inclusively, using a DEI lens, in response to this global crisis?
- What role does purpose play in creating the inclusive culture I’ve always wanted?
- What is the “next right thing” I can do for myself and my people?
We know this work is hard. It takes time and it takes being in relationship. Based on this initial session, there will be opportunities to co-create more events like this.
For 25 years, Rachel Kjack has empowered leaders to find greater understanding about themselves, their organizations, and what it means to truly empower people in the midst of constant change and challenging times. Her work combines the science of emotional intelligence and behavior change with the purpose-oriented, resiliency-focused strategies of organizational development required to create sustainable and lasting cultural change. She’s worked with companies from Google, Microsoft, and Sony to hundreds of startups and nonprofits doing social impact work across the globe.
