Rachelle Zola

When Rachelle Zola moved to Chicago in August 2019 she immediately connected with and developed relationships with people in the Black and Latinx communities. When Covid-19 hit she began sharing their stories on YouTube to educate and re-educate other white people on the devastation that white privilege and racism has brought upon individuals, families, and entire communities. The goal: to eradicate the structural racism that exists in the U.S. through intentional action. She also engages with people through zoom gatherings, social media and letter writing campaigns.
